Before work begins
An unpaid request can be cancelled from the normal order workflow. Once payment is verified and work has started, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the amount of work already completed and the circumstances of the request.
Payment verification
AcademicPro treats an order as paid only after the selected provider confirms the payment server-side. Provider reversals or refunds are reflected in the order record when the provider notifies the platform.
Ask support early
If the scope, payment, or delivery does not look right, contact support from your workspace as soon as possible. Keeping the conversation attached to the order helps the team review the full context.
